We would like to thank you for the numerous abstracts submitted for this year's congress. The review process is currently underway, and the scientific programme is being finalized. Authors who have submitted an abstract will be notified shortly regarding the outcome of the review process.

Member rates are available to members of DGSV, ÖGSV, SGSV, DGKH, European professional associations in the field of sterile supply services, and employees of official public authorities. A corresponding surcharge applies to non-members – please refer to the table below. For on-site registration, all fees will increase by an additional €18.00* (incl. VAT).

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation up to four months before the event, an administrative fee of €20.00 will be charged.
For cancellations made up to two months before the event, 50% of the total registration fee (with a minimum charge of €50.00) will be retained.
Thereafter, or in the case of non-attendance without prior cancellation, 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
